Currently all of our class disciplines run simultaneously to leave your options flexible, this unique approach means you can train much more often than a traditional segmented timetable where dedicated boxing may only make up 1 or 2 of the weekly classes.
Wrestling and BJJ are key parts of any martial artists ground ability so whether you want to focus solely on this or work on it as part of your overall MMA skill set you can come along to one of our Mixed classes and gain experience with:
- Technique demonstration and drills
- One to one demonstrations when required
- Grip and core strength exercises and flexibility training
- Free rolling available*
*Free Rolling will only be allowed for those that have shown adequate ability and/or discipline to behave in a controlled environment. Bullying is not tolerated in the gym and anybody abusing this will be shown the door!

**Crecent MMA classes exclusive to team Crecent MMA members, these classes are mainly for those looking to compete but also suitable for anybody wanting to push their workout to the next level.
The Roger Gracie academy are also assisting with classes for our Crecent MMA team sessions. This is in it’s early stages and may develop into a full syllabus… more info on that soon!
