Currently all of our class disciplines run simultaneously to leave your options flexible, this unique approach means you can train much more often than a traditional segmented timetable where dedicated boxing may only make up 1 or 2 of the weekly classes.
MMA training is the complete package, with use of our large matted area, 24ft proffesional grade octogon and 20ft proffesion grade boxing ring you won’t find a better facility to start out or hone your existing skills. Those wanting to train in MMA can not only focus on specific skills such as boxing/kickboxing/grappling but we will also go through some specific techniques and scenarios that combine them all. Here are just some highlights of what we may cover in any given session:
Pad work and combo drills
How to use the cage and how it is different to fighting in a boxing ring
Heavy and skill bag work on our state of the art custom built bag station
MMA wrestling and Grappling
*Sparring will only be allowed for those that have shown adequate ability and/or discipline to behave in a controlled environment. Bullying is not tolerated in the gym and anybody abusing this will be shown the door!

Beginners can come with no equipment just please wear appropriate gym wear so no Jeans or heavy clothing. There are spare mitts and gloves available for those who do not have their own.
Anybody wishing to spar must have appropriate protective equipment including their own gloves, gum shield and shin guards, if sparring MMA rounds then at our discretion dependent on experience of you and your training partner we may insist on additional protection such as head guards and knee/elbow pads.
NO SHOES are permitted on the mats or in the ring/cage area.
