Currently all of our class disciplines run simultaneously to leave your options flexible, this unique approach means you can train much more often than a traditional segmented timetable where dedicated boxing may only make up 1 or 2 of the weekly classes.
Kickboxing, K1 training and Muay Thai are key elements to any martial artists striking game with subtle differences so whether you want to focus solely on these or work on them as part of your overall MMA skill set you can come along to one of our Mixed classes and gain experience with:
- Pad work and combo drills
- Heavy and skill bag work on our state of the art custom built bag station
- Striking circuits
- Sparring available*
*Sparring will only be allowed for those that have shown adequate ability and/or discipline to behave in a controlled environment. Bullying is not tolerated in the gym and anybody abusing this will be shown the door!
